 Jook Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Developer Relations Assistant. This position is charged with managing relationships with Jook’s contract manufacturer and consumer electronic licensees. This is a full-time position based in Singapore and is open to Singaporeans or PR only
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with Jook’s development partners from initial lead through continuing updates to the specification.
- Serve as the central point of contact between each development partner and the Jook development team.
- Maintain the Jook developer FTP site and documentation.
- Creative contributions to the Jook ecosystem and technologies.
Pre-Requisites
- At least 3 years experience at B2B relationship management in a business development, B2B customer support, or marketing role.
- Able to deliver prompt, attentive, and efficient customer service to Jook’s licensees.
- Closely in tune with trends in music, digital technology, and MP3 players.
- Technically literate, especially in the areas of wireless transmissions and electronic devices.
- Some familiarity working with contracts and NDA documents.
- Fluent in both written and verbal English; additional fluency in Mandarin is a big plus.
- Ability to work and thrive in a demanding, fast-paced global start-up environment
